The Company

 

 Tamzyn Angela is a Wedding and Event Styling company based in Liverpool, UK. 

Specialising in weddings and events for the past 20+ years and loving it, it wasn’t how we began. It was in the floristry & home décor sector the company actually started (as the wedding industry wasn’t as it is today back then) our first store opened in the floral and home décor sector, the store was a florist with a difference, we sold fresh flowers (no chrysanthemum’s or carnations) real touch silk flowers and arrangements, vases and jardiniére’s as well as Christmas décor. Due to our style of floristry wedding enquiries flooded in from our very first year (before we even had a gallery or portfolio of examples) and the events soon followed.

Having the time during 2020 reminded us what’s important to us, as a business and a family. This led us to looking back and realising how being a florist seems to have been lost some over the years and how much we miss it so the decision to have a store came to fruition and we’re looking forward to getting back to our roots. With that in mind we won’t give up on the weddings and events we love so much we just want to bring fresh flowers back into our work and life.

Decision made, it was time to source some stunning products for our artificial and home décor ranges as well as update all our fresh products and onto building the online store, exciting and a lot of work, but worth it, we’re so happy with how it’s turned out....whilst planning the new online store we decided we needed a new logo and so a website had to come along too, no good buying a new dress without the shoes and bag to go with it. We needed to bring all the elements together in one space and for everything to have the same attention to detail, we hope you like it.

We still count ourselves as Wedding and Event Designers but we are Florists too, we are now looking forward to our new journey, which feels familiar but is exciting none the less.....

Tamzyn Angela was imagined years before the first store opened, it was a dream to begin a business that would offer clients the opportunity

to develop relationships rather than just be nameless customers.

​

Whilst conceptualising the idea, we fell in love with the art & creativity of the project & so began moving quickly to open our fist store, which opened on Liverpool 2001.

​

We focused on quality products at affordable prices, buying fresh flowers direct from the Dutch auctions & sourcing artificial flowers that where so realistic clients argued that they were real.

 as well as creating a customer experience to bring happiness in every visit.

​

 It was during my employment with Disney that I refined the concept, I used my background in window dressing and visual merchandising along with my office and administration experience to become part of a team travelling the country, opening stores, training staff and honing my skills, committing to the Disney ethos that the customer is always right and we should aim to exceed their expectations.

​

Upon leaving Disney to start a family I went on to complete my floristry and balloon artistry qualifications and thereafter embarked on my dream.
